Welcome

The primary goals of the California Transportation and Logistics Institute DOL Grant include the following:

  1. To build the capacity of the community colleges to deliver certificate programs in the area of Logistics and Supply Chain Management recognized by the industry and its associations as "certified."
  2. To provide customized logistics training to industry partners and job seekers.
  3. Facilitate K-16 education continuum for students with an identified career ladder offering industry recognized certificates and degrees.
  4. Replication and dissemination of project products and services to increase the capacity of the whole system to create wider distribution among colleges of training and education programs in this field.

What's New

The College of Alameda was awarded a Community Based Job Training Grant to support the transportation and logistics industry through their ATLAS program (Alameda Transportation and Logistics Support). They have been a part of the CATLI project for a while, and we are looking forward to working with them as the Northern hub of CATLI.
